Kimberly Davis purchased her first Sylvan Park home in 1991 and has sold homes there since getting her real estate license in 1997. Kim is an expert on Sylvan Park properties, having served as Vice President of the Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association, Publisher of the Sylvan Park Newsletter (now Sylvan Park Journal), Chair of the annual SPNA Home Tour, Pencil Partners reading tutor at Sylvan Park Elementary, was a key organizer of SPNA's annual "Night Out Against Crime," as well as Releaf Nashville efforts after the historic 1998 Tornado.
